What is VHX Enterprise?

Does VHX provide an SLA?

We provide all enterprise customers with a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which guarantees 99.99% uptime, as well as escalated levels of support. Please contact us for more details.

What is VHX's infrastructure? 

VHX is hosted on top of Amazon Web Services. VHX's servers are hosted in AWS' us-east-1 region, located in Northern Virginia (U.S.A.). You can learn more about AWS security and compliance here:  https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/. Payments are processed by Stripe. We use a mix of Amazon CloudFront and Akamai for our CDNs. Our DRM key management is handled by CastLabs.

Can I modify your Terms of Service?

We intentionally made our Terms of Service cover most use cases, and in the interest of transparency we generally do not allow for amendments or modification of our Terms. If you feel it does not fit your needs, please  contact us!
